Our cancellation fees are calculated based on the following schedule, beginning at 12:00 AM on the start date and concluding at 11:59 PM on the end date of each window.

CANCEL ON OR BEFORE
APRIL 15th
No cancellation fees if you cancel your registration on or before April 15th.
20%
CANCEL BETWEEN
APRIL 16th – APRIL 22nd
Cancellations between April 16th and April 22nd are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
40%
CANCEL BETWEEN
APRIL 23rd – APRIL 29th
Cancellations between April 23rd and April 29th are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.
60%
CANCEL BETWEEN
APRIL 30th – MAY 7th
Cancellations between April 30th and May 7th are subject to a 60% cancellation fee.
